CHESTERTOWN Washington College President Sheila Bair announced that a donation of $1 million has been given to the college by alumna and trustee Rebecca Loree and her husband Jim. The Jim & Rebecca Loree Foundation exists to provide opportunities for our community's youth to further their position in life by pursuing uniquely valuable educational opportunities.
